Join us for a candlelit neighborhood night of movement, breathwork, vendors, shopping, cocktails and connection.
The evening begins with an all-levels vinyasa flow building strength + flexibility and sharing dharma wisdom, followed by a rejuvenating breathwork session that will open your lungs + strengthen your respiratory system. Nourish & oxygenate your cells + work with your body’s own chemistry to change how you feel. Practice will close with a cleansing Sound Healing session of soundbowls, chimes, or a beautiful Gong.
